During this consultation, we will discuss the details of your sale, such as the number of items, the types of goods, and any special considerations. We will be happy to accommodate your schedule and will confirm the date and time of the meeting. Make sure to prepare any relevant information about the items you plan to sell, as well as any specific goals or expectations you have for the sale. This initial consultation is key to setting the foundation for a successful estate sale.

Preparation:

The preparation phase of an estate sale is crucial for ensuring the event runs smoothly and attracts the right buyers. This phase includes several key steps such as pricing, photographing, marketing, and presentation. Our team will work hard to ensure that the estate is ready for the upcoming sale.

The Sale:

Our estate sale will last 2-3 days to ensure that we can get the most out of our sale. Our team will arrive early every day to setup, stage signs, and prepare for the flow of buyers. We will provide enough team members throughout the sale to answer questions while providing a great customer experience.

Clean out:

After the sale has concluded, you will have the option to keep the remainder of items or we can complete the process by using our clean out services.
